Introduction
PQ - BT series wireless multifunctional leak detector is a new generation of multifunctional wireless leak detector independently researched and developed by our institute, specifically for detecting pressure pipeline leakage and pipeline direction.
This series of instruments can effectively and conveniently solve the leakage problem of external pressure pipeline by collecting and analyzing the sound and signal of leakage or the gas of the pipeline leak. By installing a sound device at the pipeline interface, it can also accurately locate the location and direction of underground metal and non-metal pipelines. It is suitable for inspection of leaks and pipeline directions of tap water, fire fighting, and heating pipelines on the external network.
Operating Principle
Acoustic Detection Function: By using the sensor to collect the sound and display signal of pipeline leakage, the collected signal is sent to the host wireless, after the host signal is processed, it is displayed on the host interface in the form of signal columns and values. At the same time, the sound will also be sent to the wireless headset through the host , Through the combination of "listening" and "seeing" two ways to analyze and determine the leaking point.
Gas Detection Function: By injecting hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas into the pipeline, use a dedicated hydrogen sensor to collect and analyze the leaked hydrogen, detect the leaked hydrogen content, display it on the host interface in the form of signal columns and values, and observe the size changes of the hydrogen content. When the measured position signal column is the highest and the value is the largest, it can be judged that the position is a pipeline leak.
Pipeline Locating Function: When the direction of the pipeline is unknown, a sounding device can be installed at the pipeline interface. The device generates a specific sound wave signal mixed with multiple frequencies in the pipeline. The signal is transmitted horizontally along the pipeline in both directions and vertically transmitted to the ground, using the host and the sensor collect this specific sound wave signal on the ground and analyze its strength to accurately locate the orientation and direction of underground metal and non-metal pipelines.

Host machine
① Strap buckle: used to connect the host strap, easy to carry.
② Power button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on or off.
③ USB charging hole: use when charging with USB or when connecting to a computer.
④ Spare wired earphone jack: Use when using wired earphones.
⑤ Microphone: Recording mode, used when recording human voice.
⑥ Spare wired hole: It is used when the handle is wired with the host.
⑦ SD card slot: used for system upgrade, storage of recording files, picture files.
⑧ Power charging indicator: it is always green when the device is turned on, and turns off when it is turned off. Red is always on when charging, and goes off when fully charged.
⑨ Reset key: The host system resets and shuts down.
⑩ Battery compartment: where the battery is placed.

①Volume+: Increase the volume, ten levels can be adjusted.
②Volume-: Decrease the volume, adjustable in ten steps.
